- Milk Chocolate Cupcakes
After baking dozens(!!) of brownies and blondies, it was a relief for me to be baking cupcakes.
I finally got to try one of the many recipes in The Cupcake Diaries by the DC Cupcakes sisters (aka the Georgetown Cupcakes sisters). I decided to try this one since it was the easiest of the bunch (and the ingredients were easily found in our incredibly small pantry).
Baking the cupcakes were easy enough for an amateur baker like me (should I call myself a baker?), but making the frosting was a different story. I still can’t make my frosting stiff enough…it keeps on getting gooey. Anyway, as they say, practice makes perfect 🙂
